Hindustan Aeronautics and United Aircraft Sign MoU for Sukhoi SJ-100 Production in India – Means What

India’s Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) and Russia’s PJSC United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for Sukhoi Superjet100 (SJ-100) production in India. It was signed in Moscow, Russia on October 27, 2025. Under the agreement, HAL will have the right to produce the aircraft for domestic customers in India.
